OnQ/Legrand’s Studio Collection Adds Substance to Style [Demo Alley 102B]
OnQ/Legrand will feature system solutions in its EHX Demo Alley room in Long Beach.
Enthusiasts aside, most people look at the idea of consumer electronics as either a source of entertainment or a means of facilitating a lifestyle solution.
Installers interested in fulfilling both of these consumer requirements should visit Demo Alley room 102B at EHX Fall (Nov. 4-7, Long Beach, CA) where OnQ/Legrand will be located.
At the show OnQ/Legrand will feature a variety of its product lines, including its Studio Collection of products.
OnQ/Legrand describes the Studio Collection as a line of solutions that provide homeowners with state-of-the-art futuristic technologies that not only blend into a varity of home decors, but are also easy to use.
Within the Studio Collection of products are a variety of convenience solutions such as OnQ's Selective Call Intercom System, the LyriQ Multiroom Audio System, the Ball Camera for video security and a LCD Console that features a 7-inch screen that's designed for use with security cameras.
Tying the line's components together is OnQ's selection of companion wall plates, which are available in a choice of 17 colors.
In addition, attendees should also expect to see OnQ/Legrand's multiroom audio, intercom and camera systems, which the company showed in Denver earlier this fall at CEDIA.

On-Q direction to no pursue higher end installs via its HMS panel and go after the larger, step above walmart crowd looks promising. View the new line up at CEDIA and it is VERY affordable.
Hate seeing them show no interest in their HMS panels but given they are higher costs than HAI and offer little if anything more than HAI, I guess it makes sense especially since HAI wont sell out to On-q. We have sense stopped installing HMS and gone HAI. Sucks seeing all the focus go to Vantage and them blowing off HMS.
On-Q’s ALC still is our first choice for lighting, it rocks. Now that this new line of lower cost goods is coming out, On-q may get a few more of our dollars back. Under $3000 they claim and I can get all this in a low price house? Should do well with getting more biz from those pesky, penny pinching “give me something for free” builders.
